  How do I create a user profile?

  To create a user profile just click into Club Couture, click the Join Now box and follow the directions. Registration is quick and easy and definitely worth it.

  What does “user name error” mean?

  Customers who had a profile on our old site unfortunately do not have usernames. To continue participating in Club Couture, just create a username for yourself and you will be ready to explore, comment on other people’s looks and rate their photos.

  How do I delete my profile?

  To delete your profile, email Juicy Couture at clubcouture@juicycouture.com and we will take care of it.

  Do I need a Club Couture account to shop online?

  We ask all our customers to register online with us so we can keep everyone updated and email you your shipping and billing confirmation.

  How do I edit my profile?

  Under “My Account” click “edit my profile.” Here you can change your answers, upload a new photo, update your address or even create a new look.

  Who can see my profile?

  Your profile and looks are available to everyone on the Juicy site. Looks and comments are shared throughout Club Couture so everyone can see how “juicy” you really are.

  What kind of picture can I upload?

  We welcome any jpeg that is less than 4MB as long as it is appropriate for all our loyal fans. We trust you will follow copyright laws and keep Club Couture fresh and exciting for everyone.

  How to be Juicy:

  • Be nice
  • Follow copyright laws, we want fun, fresh and new ideas from you all
  • Remember that anyone can see what you post, so please be respectful
  • Enjoy, this is your chance to be creative

  How not to be Juicy:

  • Do not upload anything that is not yours
  • Do not forget that this a public community, open to all eyes
  • Do not be mean or creepy
  • Do not use Juicy to advertise your company, only your creativity

  How do I report an inappropriate comment or photo?

  Next to all comments and photos there is a button that says “Report”. If you feel it is inappropriate and not in tune with our Juicy mentality, please help us out and let us know.

  Why do you need my email address?

  We use your email address to create a unique user ID for Club Couture as well as to keep you updated on the latest Juicy trends and news, and email you shipping and billing confirmations; however we never release it to the public.

  Who can access my information?

  Your profile is accessible to everyone on Juicy Couture, but that only includes the information you choose to display. All personal addresses and billing information is kept secure and private. To learn more about Juicy Couture’s commitment to privacy, please read our Privacy Policy.

  How do I report an inappropriate comment or photo?

  Next to all comments and photos there is a button that says “Report”. If you feel it is inappropriate and not in tune with our Juicy mentality, please help us out and let us know.

• Rate My Juicy™

  How do I submit a photo?

  “Rate My Juicy” photos less than 4MB can easily be uploaded by clicking the “submit a photo” option on the left side of the screen. We cannot wait to see what you’ve got!

  What kind of picture can I upload?

The better the quality of the photo, the better your chances are to be picked, so please no cell phone pics.

  Why was my photo not posted?

  Unfortunately we receive too many photos everyday to put them all up, but believe us, it is not because you are not Juicy enough!

  Can anybody vote for a look?

  Yes, you just need to create a user profile.

  What does “login error” mean?

  You must be logged in to perform an action.

• Create a Look

  How do I create a look?

  To begin, login with you user name and go to “Create a Look” under the Club Couture section. You can pick up to 6 items from the entire Juicy collection, title your new creation and even give us a short description of what inspired you. Once you have finished, all Juicy fans can see and comment on your new look. You can also easily buy your look by clicking on each item and adding it to your shopping bag. We can’t wait to see your looks!

  Can I change my look once I am finished?

  Unfortunately once you have completed a look it cannot be changed, but feel free to make another if you want to change something.

  Why can’t I click on some of the items in my look? (out of stock)

  If an item is grayed out or you cannot click it to add to your shopping bag, it is out of stock. Please check back later or browse through our current collection for something else that suits your fancy.

  How do I make a comment?

  Whether you want to comment on a look, rate another Juicy fan’s photo or comment on our blog, just click the “add a comment” button and tell us your thoughts. To keep Club Couture fresh and vibrant please be respectful.

  Yes you do, but it is simple and easy to make a profile on Club Couture. And it means you can create your own look that others can comment on!
